This session serves as both an in-depth assessment and an introduction to Functional Patterns training. We’ll begin with a short questionnaire, then take "before" photos and record videos of your walking and running to evaluate your posture and biomechanics.

 

You’ll also get a hands-on taste of Functional Patterns corrective exercises — the kind of movements you'd be doing in a full program. This gives you a clear picture of how the training works and what to expect moving forward.

🔹 One-to-One Sessions – £70

​

60-minute session

Focused, personalised training designed to correct imbalances, improve posture, and enhance movement efficiency using the Functional Patterns methodology.

🔹 Session Blocks

​

  • 10 sessions – £700

  • 20 sessions – £1,400

​

Blocks are ideal for ongoing progress and accountability. Every session is tailored based on your assessment and continually adjusted as your movement evolves.

🔹 16-Week Biomechanics Program

​

A structured, progressive plan designed to deliver real, lasting change.

  • 2 sessions/week (32 sessions) – £2,240

  • 3 sessions/week (48 sessions) – £3,360

  • 4 sessions/week (64 sessions) – £4,480
