1-to-1 Functional Patterns Training

These one-to-one sessions build directly on the findings from your posture and gait assessment. Training is tailored to your structure, movement patterns, and goals.
Each session focuses on improving human biomechanics, posture, and gait mechanics using the Functional Patterns training system. We progressively address imbalances, refine movement patterns, and build better coordination so your body moves more efficiently over time.
Clients typically train 1–3 times per week, depending on their goals.
Between sessions, you’ll also practise the exercises independently. Repeating these drills is an essential part of the process. It helps reinforce the movement patterns we develop during training and builds your understanding of how to perform the exercises correctly, allowing the body to learn and retain new movement habits over time.
The goal is to create lasting structural changes that translate into better posture, smoother movement, and reduced pain.
